SIM800C Development Board With Glue Stick Antenna

This is a SIM800C module that replaces the SIM900A development board with a spring antenna for SMS data. The SIM800C is a GSM/GGPRS quad-band device that has small dimensions and consumes minimal power.

SIM800C is a four-band GSM/GGPRS module designed for the castle hole package. It has consistent performance, a compact size, a reasonable cost, and can fulfil various customer requirements. The SIM800C works on GSM/GGPRS 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz and may be used globally for voice, SMS, and data transfer. It has low power consumption and is ideal for various small product designs.

It is able to connect with the MCU controller via AT instructions and TCP/IP protocols. Since it can be easily controlled using MCUs and development kits like Arduino, it is commonly used for creating small devices such as trackers, GSM telephone combiners, remote controls, remote alarms, and more.
