R385 6-12V DC Diaphragm Based Mini Aquarium Water Pump

Any project that calls for the transfer of water from one location to another should use the R385 DC 6–12V Mini Aquarium Water Pump. The pump runs very softly when pumping a liquid. The pump can also pump air; however, doing so makes it much noisier than when it is pumping water.
The R385 needs between 6 and 12 VDC and between 0.5 and 0.7 A, and when electricity is at the top end of these ranges, it will operate at its greatest efficiency. When properly operated, the pump can suction water down the tube from a distance of up to 2 metres and pump it vertically for a distance of up to 3 metres while handling the pumping of hot liquids up to a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius.
