RC Flight Controller KK 2.1.5 with 6050MPU & Atmel-644PA

The KK2.1.5 Multi-Rotor Controller is a flight control board for multi-rotor aircraft (such as tricopters, quadcopters, hexacopters, etc.). The main function is to maintain the stability of the aircraft while in flight and avoid the aircraft experiencing a crash landing.

The signal from the 6050MPU gyro/acc (roll, pitch, and yaw) is received and forwarded to the Atmega644PA IC. The IC then interprets these signals based on the user’s chosen firmware and sends control signals to the installed Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs). These signals direct the ESCs to make small changes to the motors’ rotational speed, which in turn helps to stabilise your multi-rotor craft.

The KK2.1.5 Multi-Rotor control board also receives signals from the receiver (Rx) of radio systems and transfers these signals to the Atmega644PA IC through the aileron, elevator, throttle, and rudder inputs. After processing this information, the IC will send different signals to the ESCs, which will then modify the rotational speed of each motor to enable controlled flight.
